TED Talk watched at 9th meeting – David Binder: “Arts festival revolution”

David Binder is a Broadway producer who, in a small Australian neighborhood,  found himself watching local people  dance and perform on their lawns and he observed that people loved it. In this TED Talk, Binder shows us the new face of arts festivals, which transform cities into communities by breaking  the boundary between audience and the performers.
