At our 11th meeting, the second TED Talk that we watched was Kelly McGonigal’s enjoyable and informative talk on “How to make stress your friend!”
In her talk,Psychologist Kelly McGonigal explains us that, according to research, stress may only be bad for us if only we believe that to be the case. So she urges us to see stress as positive, and introduces us to a not so-well-known mechanism for stress reduction: reaching out to others.
